Two must read books are "The E-Myth" by Michael Gerber and "The Knack" by Norm Brodsky. It's only been out a month or so. Check out my review of it.
The E-Myth has had incredible impact on my business mindset. Check out my blog post on one of the concepts.

I believe that the novel How to win friends and influence People is still right up there with the best of them. This book is 75 years old, yet its meaning still holds today. It is still one of the best business books about how to treat others and make impressions in the business world. I know people who live by this book as much as they live by the bible.

A few good ones...
The Speed of Trust by Steven Covey
Rich Dad's Guide to Investing by Robert Kiyosaki
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

My personal favorites:

How To Win Friends & Influence People
Rich Dad Poor Dad
The Wealthy Barber
The Science of Success - Based on the philosophies discussed in the movie The Secret. I suggest watching the movie, as this book is quite philosophical and at times very hard to trudge through. Take your time watching the movie. I watched it over the course of a week, letting all the ideas really seep into my brain.

I honestly didn't care for the book Think and Grow Rich. The concepts are good, but the author's style was so repetitive. Watch The Secret instead, it addresses the same ideas, but in a less wordy manner.
