Leading Gen Y to stop
doing sh*t they hate.
Why do we have to listen to the status quo? Sit in a cubicle? Do
the morning commute? We are Gen Y, we do stuff different. We do it
our way.
The dream is whatever
YOU want it to be. This is your life
and your in control.
The dream is your lifestyle. Do what you want, when you want.
Nobody can tell you what your dream is and nobody can tell you how
to get there. You have to go out and grab it.
The dream lifestyle doesn't have to be Ferrari's, mansions and
private jets. It can be sitting in your rocking chair or going
fishing everday. It's your perfect life. It's waking up and being
happy as hell everyday. You are doing what you love.
It's knowing that you are in control and you
can do whatever you want.

Jared O’Toole, a graduate of Ithaca College realized corporate
finance was not for him sometime right around the interview
process. Instead of continuing his job hunt he decided to hunt down
his own entrepreneurial ambitions. Jared has since immersed himself
fully in the social media world, focused on a way to get young
people passionate about what they “do”.
Jared is also well known around the Ithaca community for his late
night dance parties to artists such as Ace of Base, Journey &
the Backstreet Boys. Enjoy these hits and more

Matt Wilson graduated Bryant University with a clear goal of
starting his own business. While in school, Matt led Bryant
University to becoming the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization
of the year and became National Student Leader of the Year. After
moving home he realized there was a lack of smart, innovative, and
ambitious people to communicate with. This is where he began to
realize the need to bring all these people together who also
decided the corporate happy hour wasn’t going to be good
enough.
If Matt is around he will be easy to spot as his long luxurious
hair is generally flowing freely in the breeze.
