About Me

I'm Christina Lyn Svadbik. My middle name was my mother's nickname. I believe in my faith. Sugar makes me hyper. Drinking makes me quite talkative and giddy. My favorite drink is a mojito. Random adventures thrill me. I absolutely love to smile. I believe that rainbows represent a promise. There will always be a different perspective. There is always more than meets the eye. I'm constantly learning through experience. I learn something new everyday. Time seems to move much quicker as the days pass. There is so much more than this so don't ever doubt yourself. I have a passion for entrepreneurship. I genuinely love those who have touched my life. There is beauty in everything. Don't forget to slow down and appreciate it. I am extraordinarily lucky.

My expertise, what I bring to the table

I attend the University of Central Florida of which has a large facility and resources to accommodate young entrepreneurs. I am researching sales at the moment and am working on getting a major in both management: entrepreneurship and real estate. Knowledge of configuration of SAP software in supporting and enhancing business processes. I am enhancing my expertise in sales and financial services from my current employment with the UCF Federal Credit Union. I also work at Islands of Adventure at Universal which is definitely awesome as I love working with people. :) I also have a passion for writing, drawing, and painting so if you ever need an artistic opinon or just someone to read over something let me know.

Who I'm looking to meet

Real people. Those who see the beauty in this world and enjoy simplicity. I want to meet individuals who understand the way i think but will still challenge me.

As of right now I don't have a venture in real estate but I have worked with my grandmother who owns her own real estate company, as well as my dad who used to work as a general contractor so I do know the basics of the industry. After I graduate I hope to really get my hands dirty and start buying fixing and selling homes for profit, that is my ultimate goal but it's hard to do while in school full time. I've heard Miami is a great place for buying and selling real estate...I'm planning on moving to the west coast...I'd be interested in hearing further on what you're doing and also what success's your dad has had over the years.
