In my last post I defined a leader. A leader is a person that people follow, a person that is in charge of other people, and a person that creates a movement.

Managers in the other-hand are different. Leaders and managers are mistaken as being the same, however there are two distinct differences, leaders think outside the box when managers follow the guidelines.

What are you going to do to make this nation a better place?

Today we are in a down economy, an economy that is struggling. However, I don't look at it as a struggle, I look at it as an opportunity.
