Leaders of the World,

Let go, have faith and make the leap. Perhaps I won't make it, but that's the thrill of it all. If life handed me an instruction manual for 100% success, I wouldn't learn anything and I wouldn't enjoy this amazing journey into entrepreneurship.
I remember when my grandma used to hand me articles about student entrepreneurship, I thought it was such a great idea, I just had no idea how to start. I am so glad I shut out all the critics of my small town, all the nay-sayers all the broken dreamers, all the small minded rhetoric surrounding me and the idea, the dream of wanting to be a student and a small business owner, let alone calling myself an entrepreneur. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. It's sad that the dreamer must feel out of place, that the dreamers and their creativity must break through other's grey skies to see the sunshine, but then again, that's a part of the journey.
I have fallen, I have failed and I will continue to do so. Tides rise and tides fall, when the water is high, let it float your ship. My first failure was with an LLP I formed with two friends. Because we failed to set clear management roles, we couldn't agree on the work that had to be done, therefore the enterprise failed. This LLP was my first attempt to start the soap business I created after my great-grandmother. The feelings I felt when the possibility that my first company, the soap business I started after my grandmother failed were devastating. I thought I couldn't possibly afford the endeavor on my own, that I had no plan, no help to get this project off the ground. But amidst all the shouting, all the crying, all the nervous banter in my head, I heard a silent voice that told me to just "GO". The Universe/The World/People just react differently when you believe in something so whole heartedly to risk everything you have to build it. People are more inclined to help you build a sandcastle than destroy it or let you build it alone. If they aren't you should probably find a different crowd if you're serious about it.
When we learn to let go of all our fears of any worry and really focus on making the smartest decisions with every step, is when we learn the greatest truths to life, ourselves and the world around us. No one can tell you this, you can't read this kind of stuff in a book. These are things that each of us daring enough must go out and find out for ourselves. You are the only Hero you've got the story to tell.
